Incorporated in 1998, Amrit Hatcheries Pvt. Ltd, has established breeding farms all across the country to produce Hatching eggs for captive consumption. To complete the integration from breeding to processed chicken, the Amrit Hatcheries has started broiler farming in 2004. A good quantity of the broiler production is consumed internally to process and market high-quality chilled and frozen raw chicken portions and a delectable range of cold-cut and fry & serve products under the brand name of ’Fresco Pollo’. A state-of-the-art fully automated layer farm with a capacity of housing 1.2 million layer birds is ready to produce high-quality value added table eggs for the Indian households.

Amrit Fresh Pvt. Ltd.

Amrit Fresh Pvt. Ltd.(AFPL) was formed in the year 2009 primarily to cater the dairy industry. We started our activities by giving high emphasis on collection of quality milk with a processing plant of around 2 lakhs litres per day capacity. Apart from toned, double toned, standard and cow milk variants, our lassi, curd and paneer have received wide acceptance among consumers. We are launching flavored milk, cheese, butter, ghee, paneer and ice-cream very soon. In milk category, we will be launching specialised products for kids, senior citizens, pregnant women etc. Estimated investment in this sector by the group is more than Rs. 1000 million.

In 2011, we ventured into frozen vegetables like green peas and sweet corn. We shall soon be launching a range of frozen ready to eat vegetarian products under the brand name Amrit Fresh.

Amricon Agrovet Pvt. Ltd.

Amricon Agrovet Pvt. Ltd. (AMRICON), is a poultry feed manufacturing company, floated as a flanking strategy to have better penetration in the market. Amricon started feed operations in the year 2003 with a production facility located in Hazipur, Bihar.Seeing the wide acceptance of its products in North East, a new plant is planned near Guwahati.

Amrit Agrovet Pvt. Ltd. (AAPL) is another feed manufacturing company of the group. It has a unit situated in Bhiwadi (Rajasthan) primarily to cater to the market of northern India.
